Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Verda, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI-powered hiring platform. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for our services.

2. Subscription Plans

Verda offers subscription-based services with different billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Our refund policy varies depending on the type of subscription and the elapsed time since purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of your first billing cycle only. After the first 7 days of your initial subscription or for any subsequent billing cycles, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of that billing period.

3.2 Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions

For quarterly and annual subscription plans:

  • Cancellation within 14 days of initial subscription: Full refund
  • Cancellation after 14 days but before 30 days: 50% refund
  • Cancellation after 30 days: No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
3.3 Enterprise Customized Plans

For enterprise customers with customized plans, refund terms are specified in the enterprise agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • One-time document processing fees
  • Implementation and onboarding services
  • Custom integration development
  • Any services already fully delivered

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to info@verda.work with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account information, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide the date of purchase and any relevant order information

We will process your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Service Cancellation

Requesting a refund will result in the cancellation of your service. You will lose access to the platform features once the cancellation is processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of previously paid subscription fees.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances (such as platform unavailability exceeding our Service Level Agreement), we may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion. Such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
